Hon. Motuntayo Gbadebo – Alogba Engages Pregnant Women At Ijede PHC, Restates Commitment To Quality Healthcare

‎The Executive Chairman, Ijede Local Council Development Area (LCD), Hon. Motuntayo Gbadebo -Alogba, on Wednesday, visited the Oke – Eletu Primary Health Centre to interact with expectant mothers and reassure them of her administration’s commitment to quality health care in Ijede.

‎During the visit, the council boss interacted with women on natal care to know the level of care that they are receiving and areas which they feel need improvements.

‎Addressing the women, the Council Chairman assured them of the council’s support and the desire to be served better by the administration.

‎“We are here to support you and ensure that you receive the best possible healthcare. We want to hear your experiences and suggestions on how we can make this PHC even better, ” Hon . Gbadebo-Alogba said.

‎She thanked the women for their sincere feedback and assured them that their concerns would not be overlooked.

‎She further promised that the council would continue to strengthen the Primary Healthcare Centres to serve the community better.

‎Speaking on behalf of the pregnant women, Mrs. Salaam commended the caring attitude and professionalism of the nurses and other healthcare workers at the facility. She further appealed to the council to provide additional emergency support facilities at the PHC.

‎While expressing her satisfaction with care at the facility, she pledged to recommend the centre to other expectant mothers seeking reliable maternal healthcare services.
